Do you provide service in the Ennis, Montana area?
We service Southwest Montana covering approximately a 90-mile radius of Bozeman, MT. We travel east to Big Timber, south to the West Yellowstone area, west to Deer Lodge, southwest to Dillion and north to White Sulpher Springs.

Do you only do insurance work?
A large portion of our work is related to insurance claims. However we provide a wide variety of services. See our services page for a complete listing.

Do you work for the insurance company?
We work for the property owner but communicate with the insurance carrier, regarding scope of repairs and progress of the project. Our company submits estimates to the property owner and the insurance carrier as both have financial interests in the project.

Carpet Cleaning
How often should carpeting be cleaned?
Carpeting should be cleaned every 6 - 18 months depending on foot traffic and environmental conditions. If there are numerous individuals or pets that enter and exit the home or if you live in a particularly dirty or dusty area, more soiling will occur. Regular maintenance such as vacuuming will lengthen the time frame between having the carpeting professionally cleaned.

Do you do regular carpet cleaning or only for damage repair?
We provide residential and commercial carpet cleaning for a wide variety of customers. Call our office and we can schedule an appointment.

Can the odor really be removed?
BRI uses state-of-the-art techniques and equipment to remove the source of the odor. Removal is the best way to eliminate lingering odor. What is the big deal with mold?
Due to the amount of time occupants spend indoors, the quality of the indoor environment is important. Some people are more susceptible to indoor contaminates. Oriental Rugs and Area Rugs
Where can I have my wool area rugs cleaned?
Currently we clean area rugs in our plant once a week. Generally they are processed on Tuesdays and depending on volume they are finished on Friday of the same week.

Once the source of the water is stopped does any other damage occur?
Water is the universal solvent. If moisture is not controlled it can damage floor coverings, compromise drywall, deteriorate insulation, warp sub flooring and fungal growth can occur. If you have water damage it is necessary to respond quickly. We offer 24 hour emergency service for water losses to rapidly mitigate the damage and stop secondary damage from occurring.

Will my insurance cover this damage?
It is important to contact your insurance carrier as soon as possible, they can examine your policy and will determine your coverage. It is your responsibility to stop further damage from occurring so turning off the source and removing the water is imperative. Calling a qualified professional is usually a good idea. They have the proper equipment to remove excess water and begin the drying process, which can limit the damage.
