Buffalo Restoration's Workplace Hero Contest
Brought to you in part by L & L Site Services and Buffalo Restoration.
Amidst the chaos that 2020 has imposed upon our personal and professional lives, we would like to take a moment to recognize and appreciate the phenomenal things still happening around us. There have been many members of our community and workplaces that have risen to or beyond, the chaos around us, and are continuing to make the world a better place. Please take a moment to nominate a team member whom you feel is the Workplace Hero of your organization.
Who Can Participate
Nominators and nominees must live and work within a 60-mile radius of Bozeman.
How to Enter
You may submit more than one nomination. Nominations must be a team member of your organization or a member of a civic organization that you are directly involved with. While we would love to hear the stories of why your family member should win this award, we would like to use this as an opportunity to highlight workplace and civic organization stories.
Contact firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
Workplace Heroes will be judged upon Buffalo Restoration's four core values. Nomination stories must include one of the four values. Those that include more than one core value, will be given extra consideration.
- Compassion: Having care and understanding for others in a time of need and showing sympathy.
- Integrity: Owns actions and commitments. Does what they say they are going to do, even when no one is watching.
- Teamwork: Being accountable to their team and united in action for a common goal.
- Excellence: Being outstanding and continually striving to improve.
The owners of Buffalo Restoration, Ben and Gail Yanker, and the owners of L & L Site Services, Lance and Jenna Johnson, will read through all of the nominations and select three finalists. The Buffalo Restoration and L & L Site Services teams will then vote amongst the top three finalists for a winner and runner up.
With Bozeman being a small community, all names will be removed from the nomination forms throughout the selection process. This will help ensure the selection process is non-biased and based upon merit.
Recipient and runner up of the Workplace Hero Contest will be chosen and announced by Tuesday, November 3, 2020.
The winner of the Workplace Hero Contest will receive $1,000 and the runner up will receive $500.
