Randal has been working magic on spots and stains at Buffalo Restoration for 25 years. Beyond his extensive training and involvement with the Restoration Industry Association and the Carpet and Rug Institute, he's the king of customer service. He's passionate about textiles, and he shares his wealth of knowledge and expertise with our clients. Randal is also WoolSafe certified, meaning he has specific training in the care and cleaning of your rugs. In his spare time, Randal is active in his church and enjoys camping, boating, and spending time with his family.
